Tech CEO regrets building house on iceberg

A tech CEO, Steve Lawrence, who rose to the top of the 1%, thanks to his app that had tons of in-app purchases that served no function at all, decided to build his $10 billion home in the northern regions of Canada, because he "wanted to be near penguins". All was going great, until a massive part of the iceberg started calving, separating his home from the rest of Canada. A quick operation was put in place to get Lawrence and his family to safety, but the iceberg was quickly getting farther and farther away, and the rescue helicopters that were chasing after it were running out of fuel. When Lawrence heard that the first rescue helicopter had to turn around, he realized he had to put matters into his own hands. Lawrence who suspected that he might need to sail away one day, kept a large inflatable raft under his bed. Lawrence then gathered up his wife and 7 children, as they piled themselves into the raft. Lawrence used all his strength to push the raft as close to the edge as he could, and then hopped in as him and his family did an Indiana Jones and flew all the way down the side of the iceberg, landing safely onto the water where they were greeted by several rescue boats that brought them back to land. As for the iceberg with his house, well, it floated all the way to the north pole till it was circulated back down to the south, where it melted and the house became part of an underwater coral reef that is now being protected by the United Nations.
